The Graduate
One of my favorite subjects to photograph is teenagers. They have an energy and freshness that is contagious. I love to harness that and turn it back on them to reveal their true selves. If you have a difficult kid, I WANT to photograph them. I never fit in when I was a kid (still don’t), and I can really relate to them.
Normally, I like to do both studio and outdoor/location images during one session. This session is $75, and we usually do 3-4 clothing changes, although there is no limit on changes or time on the session. Photo packages are separate from the session fee. I offer a special Senior 16X10 collage style album that holds up to 26 images for $350. All of the images are fully retouched (no acne) and some with special effects if appropriate. I also include a disc of the purchased images. In addition, I offer packages starting at $175 as well as simply individual prints. All packages include a disc of the purchased images.
Newborn and Maternity
I feel this is a magical time for you, and I strive to portray this in your portraits. I love to use lighting and posing techniques to create the mood that fits your style. I can help with wardrobe choices, and I’d love to talk with you about whether a studio or outdoor photography session suits you more. Even more important, I offer you my years of experience making women look their best, at all stages of life. There are some things Photoshop cannot fix. (although I use it when necessary!) Poor lighting, bad posing and inappropriate wardrobe choices, all mean the difference between a merely adequate snapshot, and outstanding work of art you’ll be proud of forever. You deserve OUTSTANDING.
Timing is somewhat important for both maternity and newborn. I feel the best time for maternity portraits is at about 28-32 weeks. You are fully pregnant, but not uncomfortable.
For your newborn, the sooner the better is wise, not more than 4 weeks. We want your baby to be sleeping peacefully. I normally allow at least 2 hours for this session, although it might not take that long. You can’t rush a baby!

With every portrait session I do, no matter the location or the subject, this is my mission. I want your portraits to never go out of style. I want life and energy, not stiff or awkward posing.
Good planning is an essential key to success. Coordinating your wardrobe and choosing a location that suits you are important.
My style when shooting children, is that I like to let them interact naturally in the environment they are in. I love using props, but I don’t want them to be overpowering. Your child is the important element, not the props.
When shooting families, I will help you choose a location and situation that suit your family, and then I like to work with your unique personalities. I want relaxed, yet flattering posing. I like to think of it as organized chaos.
Costs
I offer Portrait Packages starting at $175, and also offer simple loose prints, as well as digital negatives only on disc. I also offer Storytelling Albums, and an awesome “Watch Me Grow Loyalty “ Album. Both come with a disc of the purchased images.
There is a $100 booking fee for your session, which will be applied toward your order. All of my images are FULLY RETOUCHED. So no cellulite, scars, pimples, baby drool, stains, etc. ALL of my packages come with a disc of the purchased images.
